As a member of our Brand team, the Brand [Consultant] will be responsible for the day-to-day activities required to manage the Corteva Agriscience brand. This role will elevate the proper and consistent usage of masterbrand across all activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and ensure brand guidelines, including tone of voice and brand architecture, are up to date, relevant and followed while allowing for flexibility and creativity as needed.

  • Lead the execution of refreshed brand guidelines across a variety of assets, including presentations, social media and the website.

  • Lead proactive counsel and guidance to business, product brands, and communication leaders on implementation of brand guidelines for a wide range of activities and initiatives.

  • Ensure proper consultation with subject matter experts where business insights and expertise are required.

  • Oversee Brand Center.

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including agencies, to ensure brand assets are loaded and managed appropriately within the Brand Center.

  • Conduct regular Brand Center audits to ensure ADA compliance and effective user experience.

  • Manage Brand Center access for a variety of stakeholders and proactively monitor Brand Center usage.

  • Administer Brand Center help desk functionality.

  • Collect stakeholder feedback and integrate into recommendations for Brand Center design and process improvements.

  • Lead project management activities for small to mid-sized brand projects, campaigns, and initiatives.

  • Administer, monitor, and maintain brand training to ensure brand consistency and accuracy within marketing materials across the organization.

  • Lead and support ad-hoc brand projects and activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • Communications professional with 2+ years of experience supporting communications and/or marketing efforts in a corporate environment.

  • A passionate advocate for the corporate brand with experience in executing brand guidelines, including tone of voice and brand architecture, with creativity and flexibility.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to changing needs.

  • Ability to successfully navigate competing objectives and deadlines; drive results with minimal guidance.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience influencing and consulting with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ability to drive purposefulness, efficiency, effectiveness, and enthusiasm across work activities.

  • Database management experience.

  • Brand management experience, including architecture.

  • Advanced knowledge of core Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Effective collaborator who fosters innovative, creative thinking.

  • Strong adherence to deadlines, working well under time constraints.

  • Fluent in English.
