The ideal candidate for ourHCBS Office Managerposition will believe in rendering high quality, administrative services that promote the WesleyLife mission, vision and values.
As our Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to serve the Home and Community Based Services team as the leader of the business office function, managing a variety of business office responsibilities as well as assuring exceptional customer service for clients and team members. You will perform a variety of tasks related to Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Payroll with a heavy emphasis on completing the billing and collections processes for private, third-party, Medicaid and Medicare insurance coverages. The Office Manager supervises others and serves on the Leadership Team. You will have the ability to help define and deliver efficient and effective services, implement services that positively impact people's health and wellbeing, and assure our services are provided with a constant eye on quality and service. We need you to be a guru in billing, an expert in customer service, and brilliant at multi-tasking a wide variety of priorities. Exceptional attention to detail, timely follow through and the highest levels of confidentiality and integrity are required.
Must have a 2 or 4 year degree in business management or related field.
A minimum of two year’s experience in administrative office work, accounting/payroll, human resources or related field necessary.
Thorough knowledge of payroll, accounting and business operations needed to perform the essential job functions.
Must have the ability to organize and manage multiple functions and schedules under stress and with changing priorities. Ability to meet ongoing accounting, financial, payroll, and other deadlines a must.
Must be able to occasionally work long hours, overtime, and flexible schedules if requested to meet the needs of the position, employees and clients.
Valid driver's license and auto liability insurance.
