Note: while this position is aimed at being on campus in Johnston, IA to take full advantage of the Corteva internship program, a remote internship will be considered if required by local conditions or by the candidate's situation.
Responsibilities - What You'll Do:
Continuously learn and share your technical knowledge
Work as a member of an agile team that partners with researchers and data scientists in Corteva R&D.
Use AWS cloud resources, on-premises computing infrastructure, and web technologies to develop and deploy RESTful services and clean user interfaces for interacting with software pipelines.
Learn software engineering practices Git, unit testing, CI/CD, code review, etc.
Possibility of contributing to open source projects
Qualifications - What You'll Bring:
Must be enrolled in a bachelors, masters, or doctoral degree program in computer, information technology or related engineering field
A minimum GPA of 3.0
Possess excellent problem-solving skills using creative approaches
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional engineering teams and business partners
Preferably hands-on experience with object-oriented languages and web development technologies, but not required
