Stryten Energy operates a battery manufacturing plant in Manchester, IA. Orders have increased as our customers value the endurance and reliability of our products.

We are hiring for our Maintenance department - come join our team!

Maintenance Technicians:

Pay rate = $31.20 per hour.

Night shift (6:00 pm - 6:00am): add $1.60 for shift differential

Bonus Opportunities Available!

• **$2,500

• Sign-On bonus** for offers accepted through 6/1/2024!

• Gainshare Bonus - hourly associates have the potential to earn up to 10% of their gross monthly pay; potentially $300 per month !

• Quarterly Attendance Bonus - associates have the potential to earn up to $600 each quarter ; just for showing up to work their scheduled hours!

What you will do:

• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to maximize efficiency, reliability, and overall effectiveness

• Assure specific quality guidelines are met and, if necessary, take appropriate actions to rectify quality issues.

• Identify problems and issues in robotic systems, communicating with engineers, specialists, or other staff to diagnose and understand issues.

• Maintain a safe and clean work area.

What you need:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

• Successful candidates must have mechanical and or electrical skills and prior troubleshooting experience.

• The ability to lift parts and equipment which can weigh up to 40 pounds

• The ability to effectively communicate in the workforce

• You know the importance of teamwork - production goals are met when everyone does their part.

Maintenance Technicians work with other maintenance techs and Operators in a team-based manufacturing environment to build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to meet or exceed production goals set forth each day.
