MAHASKA BOTTLING Route Sales Driver in MARION, Iowa

We are looking for an energetic, self-motivated, hard-working Route Sales Driver. As a Route Sales Driver you will sell, deliver and place beverage products at established accounts throughout a designated route. This position offers huge growth opportunities as your sales increase, so will your income as pay is based on commission. Duties include delivery of product, filling shelves and coolers and working with Manager to grow sales opportunities. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Accountable for safely delivering product to different retailers and sales locations. Understand and promote the company's marketing strategies for all product packages and categories. Promote products in accounts in line with these strategies. Pre-sell product to various customers on a frequent basis. Report to the Route Manager concerning various items (sales and other reports, promotions, projections, etc.). Maintain and demonstrate detailed knowledge of a wide array of products and brewing processes. Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal, oral and written (communication) skills. Create and maintain relationships with new and prospective customers/retailers. Recommend and implement sales strategies for improvement based on market research and competitor analyses. EOE
