The Dave Wright Auto group in Marshalltown is looking to Grow!  We are in need of 2 retail Sales Associates that want to be part of our Family.  We offer a safe working environment that is fun and fast paced as well.  We are now under New Management and tis is a Great time to get on the Dave Wright Train.

We sell Honda, Buick, GMC, Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram! We also have over 65 Pre Owned vehicles in stock.This means you have a huge selection to sell from.   

We are looking for True self starters that are willing to be coached and led through servant leadership.  You will need to be professional, disciplined, and punctual.  We also make a ton of outbound sales calls as well as send emails on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.  We train you as well as provide Honda, GM, and Chrysler Certifications.

Title: Sales Associate

Reports To: General Manager

 

As an Automotive Sales Associate for this dealership, you are to present yourself as a well informed professional, gathering information from a prospective buyer in order to present the product to the buyer as a solution to their vehicle needs through a world class product presentation and then negotiate the terms of the sale through dealership management satisfying both the customer’s needs and the dealership profit.

 

DUTIES

On a daily, weekly, monthly, basis perform these duties:

  • Follow the 8 step selling process and utilize Elead
  • Arrive to work on time, prepared to do business
  • Learn to dress, act, and talk like a professional. Clean dealer approved attire
  • Come to work TO WORK: specifically prospect and follow up all leads and learn additional information on sales techniques and product information every day
  • Set monthly Sales Goals at the beginning of each month
  • Walk the inventory daily and know where everything is at. If a car is dirty or has a problem, handle it
  • Attend all assigned meetings, on time and participate
  • Get a Manager turn over on EVERY customer that comes to the store
  • Make a minimum of 20 calls per day, send a minimum of 10 emails per day
  • Set appointments for the day and the next business day
  • Maintain the highest level of CSI to be at or above the Zone / Region
