• Become a troubleshooting ninja: Identify and conquer equipment issues, providing long-term solutions and keeping daily operations flowing flawlessly.

• Project management pro: You'll be instrumental in shepherding capital projects from conception to completion, ensuring they're delivered on time, on budget, and most importantly, safely.

• Track our awesomeness: Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure our maintenance success and identify areas for continuous improvement.

Do you have the skills to join the crew?

• Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combo of education and experience)

• Proven team leadership and project management skills

• Top-notch leadership, organization, and problem-solving abilities

• Master of the mechanical/electrical realm (PLCs, instrumentation, etc.)

• In-depth knowledge of maintenance systems and best practices

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively

• Must be a team player who fosters a positive work ethic
