The ideal candidate will have experience with military master planning and utility infrastructure mapping using GIS, specifically medium-high voltage electrical systems, water, sanitary sewer, water resources, and transportation. Essential duties include:Manage project geo-databases, mapping, analysis and reportingCoordinate with teams on data collection and deliverablesDevelop and maintain web GIS portals and ArcGIS Server presenceDevelop modules to analyze data and automate repetitive workIntegrate GIS and CAD filesUtilize raster image processing softwarePrepare reports and technical presentationsHelp project team with quality control and document managementOccasional travel involvedRequirementsRequired qualifications:Must be proficient with ESRI ArcGIS software, including ArcGIS ProMust have a minimum of 3 years of experience in GISPreferred qualifications:B.A. or B.S.
