Job TitleMarketing Project ManagerDepartmentUniversity CommunicationsEssential FunctionsReporting to the Director of Marketing, the Marketing Project Manager will coordinate projects with key campus recruitment partners and the University Communications creative team. Priority projects include projects related to strategic enrollment recruitment and retention initiatives and goals.The Marketing Project Manager will follow print and digital projects from start to finish including: project request intake, project prioritization, creation of project timelines, routing projects for review and approvals, research, copyediting, coordination with vendors for printing/purchasing, and other collaborative project needs as they arise.Work ScheduleM-F, 8-5 with some evenings and weekends possibleAdditional DutiesThe Marketing Project Manager will support key campus events through creative project management and staffing as needed.Required Qualifications-Bacheloris degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field-One year of professional project management experience in Communications, Copy writing, Journalism, Marketing, or related fields.-Ability to travel within the Metro area to complete project objectives.Preferred Qualifications-Masteris Degree or Project Management Certification-Two years of professional project management experience in Communications, Copy writing, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
