Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM- 5:00 PM
Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced roofer to join our team. As a roofer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining roofs on various residential and commercial properties. To excel in this role, you must have a solid understanding of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures. Responsibilities:
Install and repair various roofing systems, including asphalt, metal, and tile
Replace damaged or worn-out roofing materials
Repair leaks and prevent damage to property interiors
Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with local building codes
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient completion of projects
Requirements:
Solid knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and safety procedures
Ability to estimate materials accurately
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
