This involves providing technical support and undertaking system analysis.Preferred education and experience: Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university in the field of in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Systems.Location:iCouncil Bluffs, IAExperience and Skills:Provide technical support to business and testing team during testing phasesCreate technical specifications for detailed application designUndertake system analysis, design and development activities to deliver technical solutionsMaintain the operation of business systems and applicationsAssist in the development of a production control support process for applicationsDocument project code and technical processes through existing standardsAid in conceptualizing and development of new software programs and systemsTranslate user requirements into solution design for development and implementation of business technology solutionsProvide support during systems integration testingCollaborate with colleagues on solution design and developmentAbility to perform all other duties as assigned.Comply with all banking and company regulations, policies, and procedures.Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from employees of company and the general public. Must possess good communication skills. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.Ability to operate the following: telephone, personal computer, printer, copy machine, fax machine. Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software programs.
