Descriptionless thandiv>less thanp>PURPOSE of POSITION:less thanbr>less thanbr>The Identity and Access Management (IAM) Analyst is responsible for managing, vetting, monitoring and providing process improvement plans for systems, applications and databases in accordance with client contract requirements on a national scale. The IAM Analyst is responsible for completing tasks and user access audits designed to identify and enforce security of the systems and information assets to protect against modification, destruction or unauthorized access. Additionally, an IAM Analyst identifies vulnerabilities to protect data assets and implement security processes while recommending solutions and best practices.less thanbr>less thanbr>MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:less thanbr>less thanbr>1. 70%: Creates, works and closes account registration cases, administering account lock/unlock activities, performing account role additions/removals, and managing security violations.less thanbr>2. 10%: Monitors and enforces any security breach of regulations, requirements, procedures and guidelines for system access. Works with groups within and outside the company to ensure that the Information Security and data access is managed effectively during business hours, after hours, weekends and on-call rotation.less thanbr>3. 10%: Provides peer training on new processes and tools, ensuring goals and productivity levels are met on time.less thanbr>4. 5%: Creates, updates and maintains system and process documentation as required under Federal contracts. Updates and maintains documentation as required to ensure compliance with CMS security requirements. Asist with the creation of training documentation as needed.less thanbr>5. 5%: Manages audit results related to account access. Determines action plans in relation to daily/weekly/monthly reports to comply with security protocol with regards to least privilege, separation of duties, and security violations.less thanbr>less thanbr>ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:less thanbr>less thanbr>HS Graduate or GEDless thanbr>less thanbr>ANSI 17024 related certification requiredless thanbr>less thanbr>Related Work Experience: 4-6 yearsless thanbr>less thanbr>Partially cross trained in IMS processes and procedures currently implemented, or equivalent background inless thanbr>Identity and Access Management.less thanbr>Prior experience with Active Directory, Database scripting, working knowledge of NIST 800.53 andless thanbr>knowledge of HIDS/HCQIS applicationsless thanbr>In-depth understanding and knowledge of Identity and Access Management processes and industry trendsless thanbr>Experience with deploying one or more IAM solutions, including user provisioning, role-based accessless thanbr>control, authentication and authorizationless thanbr>Intermediate understanding of security issues, techniques, and implications across multiple platforms.less thanbr>Demonstrated ability and experience:less thanbr>Working independently and/or in a team environmentless thanbr>Managing customer relationshipsless thanbr>Meeting time sensitive deadlinesless thanbr>Making sound decisions and exercising sound judgmentless thanbr>Strong background skills in problem solving, verbal/written communications, and interpersonal skillsless thanbr>Ability to work over 40 hours in a week, as needed.
