What You'll Be Responsible For

  • Developing a sales strategy to accelerate the overall growth and positioning of our sales arm in a competitive marketplace

  • Managing the daily sales operations and implementing innovative sales processes to achieve business goals

  • Serving as an organization executive, preserving existing relationships with key customers, and leveraging industry expertise to cultivate new strategic relationships

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Be willing to have fun, be challenged, and grow

  • Extensive experience in the financial services and insurance industries

  • Adapt to shifting priorities, deadlines, demands, and changing market conditions

Education and/or Experience

  • A minimum of six years of progressively increasing managerial responsibility in a corporate business unit operating environment.

  • Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from a four-year College or University plus 6-8 years related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Formal training and/or certification in advanced Financial, Estate, or Retirement planning preferred.

  • Life/Health Insurance Licensing required.

  • Series 6, 7, 24, and 65/66 preferred.
