QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS: 1. Support and foster the Christian uniqueness of Catholic education 2. Use Gospel values as the basis for decision-making. 3. Possess an ability to be flexible, adaptive, and cooperative. 4. Demonstrates aptitude for successful fulfillment of assigned responsibilities. 5. Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills. 6. Well organized with the ability to multi-task and think outside of the box. 7. Ability to prioritize projects, work within short time frames and meet deadlines. 8. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times. 9. Possess the organizational and technological skills required such as Microsoft Office-Word and Excel, Google Drive and Calendar

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Support and promote the philosophy of Catholic education and contribute to building a spirit of unity within the school and the Cedar Valley Catholic Schools System. 2. Comply with rules and objectives of the school, Cedar Valley Catholic Schools, and Archdiocese of Dubuque. 3. Promote positive public relations with staff, parents, and the public in all daily contacts especially in telephone conversations. 4. Adhere to confidentiality of all records, information, and conversations where confidentiality is a requirement. 5. Complete data analysis 6. Proficiency in excel, google suites, and ability to learn new software platforms quickly (Bound, Hudl, etc.) 7. Facilitate athletics and activities transportation including scheduling and communication with bus drivers. 8. Clear and consistent verbal and written communication with all stakeholders. 9. Responsible for working with coaches on scheduling conflicts and events (games, camps, etc.). 10. Keeping athletic social media up-to-date Facebook, Shipyard X (twitter); collaborate with Bob Nemmers on sending out photo links. Promote and collaborate Senior Nights. 11. Sent postseason surveys to participants' parents. 12. Fill out and monitor purchase orders for the athletic department. 13. Schedule supervision and event support (scoreboard, gate, concessions) for games. 14. Coordinate and communicate with event officials. 15. Other duties as assigned.
