Title: Cost Management Specialist - 75573

Your Responsibilities

As a Cost Management Specialist for Large Tractor located in Waterloo, IA, you will.

  • Develop and execute Cost Management strategies for Large Tractor Cost Reduction

  • Identify and drive implementation of cost reduction through use of cost management processes

  • Manage and communicate Direct Material Cost Forecast for Large Tractor across multiple leadership levels

  • Leads and/or participates in the development of cost management methodologies and tools across the enterprise

What Skills You Need

  • Data analytics skills using tools such as excel, Tableau & Power BI (1-3 yrs)

  • Communicate effectively across multiple functions & leadership levels (1-3 yrs)

  • Project management experience (1-3 yrs)

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Power Point (1-3 yrs)

  • Experience with SAP & JDSN Applications (1-3 yrs)

  • Understanding of Enterprise Order Fulfillment Process (EOFP) (1-3 yrs)

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in Supply Management and/or Accounting functions

  • Complex understanding of SAP & JDSN Applications

  • Advanced excel skills


Degree in a Business/Management discipline, in an Engineering/Technology discipline in a Supply Management discipline or in an Accounting/Finance discipline, or equivalent work experience.
