Answers phones, monitors email inboxes, orders supplies, and copies and distributes correspondence. Collaborates with field assessors and coordinates appointments for team member calendars. Ensures all documentation is thorough, accurate, and complete in the scheduling application.You will communicate with internal/external customers in a professional manner. Coordinates project documentation and prepare correspondence from/for multiple sources. Provides a basic description of the assessment process to respondents so they understand the duration and purpose.You willmonitor the status of assigned productivity and confirmed and completed assessments. Reports variations or discrepancies to management.You willperform miscellaneous duties as assigned.What you need to make the cut:High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment.Demonstrated ability working with confidential information and in a deadline-driven environment.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate PC skills.Because of the nature and immediacy of the work, the ability to maintain regular and predictable attendance is essential.Experience scheduling field-based staff (i.e. home health care) or coordinating appointments involving multiple parties, such as surgical scheduling is preferred.Why Telligen... for over 45 years Telligen has been dedicated to the delivery of innovative health management solutions that improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare for consumers and providers.
