• Data entry

• Audit bills and make sure codes are correct

• Processing cash receipts

• Reconciliation of invoices to the numbers in the system

• Researching invoices that do not match up

Skills:

• Accounts payable, Reconciliation, Accounts receivable, Invoicing, Cash postings, Bill review, Reconciliation

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of Bill Review or Invoicing experience

• Strong Excel experience
