Aerotek Casework Specialist in West Des Moines, Iowa

Seeking a casework specialist to join a dynamic team with a client in the banking industry! This position will have the ability to be fully remote, following 30 days of training. Candidates must be local to Iowa. Hours for the position will vary between 7 am and 6 pm, M-F.

On a daily basis, this person will conduct research on complaint cases for various lines of business. Communication with internal business partners to conduct thorough research is required largely via email correspondence. Candidates will document all casework progress in internal systems and will then follow up with customers to share the final decisions regarding their cases. The position is a mix of back end research/processing and phone work is also required.

To be qualified for this position, candidates must have 3 years of office experience or 4 years of customer service experience. A high school diploma is required, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills and excellent attention to detail/accuracy. Any banking or financial experience is a plus. Higher education, such as a Bachelor's or Associate's degree, is also a plus.
