NOW HIRING for Fraud Detection Specialists (Customer Service Representatives) to handle credit card dispute calls in regards to potential fraudulent activity.

Description:

Handle credit charge dispute calls from customers

Answer 40-50 calls per day in regards to issues or alarming credit card transactions

Research the issue using up to 4 systems at once to help determine the situation

Make decisions on accounts and document calls

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 9am-530pm

Pay:

$16.79/hr, but will bump up to $18/hr+ when hired on directly by company
