Our mid-size Wes Des Moines client has an immediate opening for a .NET Technical Lead!

This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to serve as the Lead on one of the metro’s most advanced and talented Agile teams! As the Technical Lead, you will work closely with the Enterprise Architect, Data Architect, Solutions Architect and other Technical Leads to create and continually evolve Software Development practices, provide coaching and mentoring regarding the software development discipline and to design and develop solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related major or an Associate’s degree with comparable work experience.

• 7+ years of experience and understanding of developing and supporting web applications in an agile environment

• Informal or formal mentoring/lead experience

• C# .NET, SQL, JavaScript (Preferably Angular)

• Familiarity with Test Driven Development, Domain Driven Design or Behavior Driven Design methodologies

• ng development and/or testing strategies

• Understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns

• Experience using Continuous Integration tools and approaches

• Experience using integration toolsets and platforms

• Excellent understanding of relational database design & concepts

• Ability to select, train, mentor, and coach developers
