Insight Global Printer Field Technician- Des Moines in West Des Moines, Iowa

Job Description

An employer is hiring a Printer & PC Field Technician to service a driving territory in Des Moines. This role requires excellent Break Fix skills, an interest in being on the road a lot and availability to cover up to a 150-mile radius. Some tickets will be as far as 150 miles each way, so this role will require a lot of driving.

Skills and Requirements

  • 3+ Years of experience performing Break Fix on PC's including laptops, and printers

  • Proficient with reimaging laptops and desktops

  • Able to replace internal hardware components like motherboards or system boards on PC's, drums, roller or fusers on Printers

  • Valid Driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation null
