You will take meeting minutes and document action items, along with assisting with writing and formatting project documents, technical papers and presentations. You will coordinate project documentation from multiple sources and will communicate with internal/external customers in a professional manner.You will perform support functions including scheduling onsite and off-site meetings and conference calls, answer phones, monitor email inboxes, order supplies, copy and distribute correspondence. You will coordinate schedules for team members and may create a master planning calendar of contract events. You will coordinate set up for new hires and ensure files are up to date and accurate.You will monitor the status of deliverables, data process and report schedules. You will report variations or discrepancies to management and ensure files are up to date and accurate.What you need to make the cut:Two-year degree in business, healthcare, IT or related field and/or equivalent training and/or experience.2 years' experience in project administrative support.Demonstrated ability working with confidential information and in a deadline driven environment and demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and problem solve.Ability to travel locally and overnight up to 5%.Intermediate knowledge and experience with Windows and all Microsoft Office products.Keyboarding equivalent 50 words or more per minuteAbility to work within multiple software environmentsWhy Telligen...For over 45 years Telligen has been dedicated to the delivery of innovative health management solutions which improve the quality and cost-effectiveness of healthcare for consumers and providers.
