The Human Resource Group BPM (HRGBPM) team is establishing the foundation needed to be a vital partner in enabling HR to achieve process excellence. A sampling of the HR BPM Team's accountabilities include:

  • Partnering with HR, Process Owners, and Process Managers to execute the BPM Framework, applied at all levels of the organization, and to establish and maintain associated task level documentation and their alignment to processes

  • Following Enterprise BPM standards for Process Definition, Process Measurement, Process Improvement, and Process Governance and HR standards for task level documentation governance

  • Ensuring qualified Wells Fargo endorsed Process Engineers are deployed for all BPM activities and qualified Procedure Writers are deployed for Knowledge Management activities

  • Partnering with the Control Executive team and the Business Control Leaders (BCL)

You'll play an important role in this journey by maintaining alignment to these goals and being an exceptional steward of the BPM brand.

This new Quality Assurance Analyst 2 position in HR Service and Process Management will be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or reviewing programs, processes, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations. The functions may include evaluating processes to ensure business standards are followed; providing guidance regarding documentation requirements, systems and/or processes to ensure company standards are met. They will ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems identified, required data is input and proper procedures were followed. The QAA 2 will identify risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance.

This position has been posted for the following locations: Charlotte, NC; Des Moines, IA; Phoenix, AZ; San Antonio, TX and Minneapolis, MN.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: quality assurance, financial services administration, loan documentation, loan servicing, underwriting or risk evaluation demonstrated through work or military experience; or a BS/BA degree or higher

  • 1+ year of quality assurance experience

Desired Qualifications

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Ability to create dashboards and reporting

  • Knowledge and understanding of Tableau

  • Ability to perform quality assurance audits

  • SharePoint experience

Other Desired Qualifications

  • Basic knowledge of quality tools (Pareto Chart, control charts, histogram, and cause and effect diagrams).

  • Certification in quality engineer or quality manager

  • Courses through American Society for Quality

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.

NC-Charlotte: Min: $40,000 Mid: $55,500 Max: $71,000

IA-West Des Moines: Min: $40,000 Mid: $55,500 Max: $71,000

AZ-PHX-Central Phoenix: Min: $40,000 Mid: $55,500 Max: $71,000

TX-San Antonio: Min: $40,000 Mid: $55,500 Max: $71,000
